RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
*If your package arrives damaged and the product is affected, please contact us immediately. Provide clear photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first.
Carefully repack the item, preferably in its original packaging, and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned product. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

These features should not be considered defects, but rather natural elements that enhance the authenticity and beauty of each handcrafted piece. Each urn is truly one of a kind.

The actual appearance of our products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to factors such as lighting conditions and individual screen settings. Please be assured that each piece is carefully crafted, and its natural beauty is often even more impressive in person.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped on the next business day following receipt of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. When a courier service is used, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, including those caused by the shipping provider or customs processing. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Local delivery is available in Quebec City and the surrounding area. We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. The purchaser must be present to receive the order.
DISCLAIMER
MABE WOOD DESIGN shall not be held liable for the use of the urn after delivery. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, or if the urn is dropped or falls.
