Canada MABE Urns is pleased to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada. Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered at no additional cost, no matter which province you reside in.
USA – Shipments Temporarily Suspended Due to recent tariff changes and related customs uncertainties, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States.
Other countries Shipping to other international destinations is available at a flat rate of $129 CAD. If you have any questions regarding shipping or need assistance with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day after they are received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment and obtain an estimated delivery date.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for additional delivery delays, including those caused by the shipping provider or customs processing. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to customs inspections and may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Hand delivery is available in Quebec City at a mutually agreed meeting location. We reserve the right to request identification at the time of delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Carefully repack the item, preferably in its original packaging, and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
